Sustainable dewatering of fly ash slurries

Dewatering tubes provide a more efficient, cost-effective and sustainable technology for containing and treating fly ash or pulverized fuel ash (PFA) from the combustion process in power stations.

You can dewater slurry using Enka-D-Tube geosynthetic tubes. Tubes can be positioned in bays for ease of use, typically with one tube being filled, one standing while dewatering and dry tubes being excavated and removed.

Enka-D-Tubes are pumped to 70-80% capacity enabling rapid dewatering of the slurry. This is helped by using Enkadrain beneath the tube for dewatering through the full circumference.
